Professional, Corporate, Strategic Tone
When was the last time your team truly unplugged? Not simply stepping away from the office, but disconnecting from the constant noise and pressure long enough to think clearly, collaborate meaningfully, and reconnect as a unified group.
At Logan Ranch Camp, we’ve created a setting intentionally designed for focus, alignment, and connection. Nestled on a 60-acre working cattle ranch in the Texas Hill Country, Logan Ranch Camp offers a purposeful environment for leadership summits, corporate retreats, and team-building experiences that extend well beyond the boardroom.
Fully Facilitated Leadership Experiences
Your hosts, Donna Logan and Benaiah Ferguson, will design and facilitate a leadership and team-building experience tailored to your organization’s specific goals. From strategic planning workshops to leadership development sessions and collaborative team activities, each experience is thoughtfully crafted to strengthen alignment, clarity, and team cohesion.
Venue & Support Services
Prefer to bring your own agenda or facilitator? Logan Ranch Camp provides a private venue with comfortable accommodations, quality catered meals, and seamless logistical support. You lead your team; we manage the details so you can remain focused on positive outcomes.
This is not a hotel ballroom or traditional conference center. Logan Ranch Camp is a working cattle ranch designed to encourage natural connection, reflection, and collaboration. In addition to hosting transformational youth camps, women’s retreats, and ministry gatherings, the ranch now welcomes organizations ready to invest intentionally in their people.
With accommodations for up to 32 overnight guests, Logan Ranch Camp offers the privacy of an intimate venue paired with the professionalism and care business leaders expect.
After productive sessions, teams can step outside and engage in hands-on, active experiences that foster connection and collaboration.
Whether your retreat spans a focused day or a multi-day experience, every element is designed to help teams connect, collaborate, and leave stronger than they arrived.
We understand what it takes to create an environment where meaningful work gets done. From arrival to departure, our team handles logistics so you can stay focused.
Please note: Due to licensing requirements, alcohol is not permitted on the property.
Our glamping-style lodging includes a men’s cabin accommodating up to 14 guests and a women’s cabin accommodating up to 18 guests. Each cabin features central bunk accommodations and two private bedrooms with queen beds on each end, offering both comfort and functionality.
Logan Ranch Camp is remote enough to feel removed from the chaos of city life, yet accessible from major Texas cities.

Donna Logan has spent more than three decades building businesses and developing leaders across multiple industries. Her career has been shaped not by formal credentials, but by experience, strategic insight, and an unwavering commitment to doing meaningful work well.
Over the course of her career, Donna founded and led several successful ventures while also raising a large family and navigating the complex realities of life and business. She built organizations from the ground up, often without institutional backing, relying instead on sound judgment, resilience, and a keen instinct for identifying opportunity.
Her work spans multiple industries, each shaped by her ability to identify real market needs, assemble strong teams, and execute with clarity and precision.
Donna understands strategy, positioning, and organizational development not from textbooks, but from years of making real decisions with real consequences. What sets her apart is not only what she has built, but who she has developed along the way.
Throughout her career, Donna has taught, mentored, and guided leaders at every stage. Her leadership style is direct, practical, and honest. She teaches what works because she has lived it and succeeded through it.
Later in life, Donna and her husband Michael chose reinvention, purchasing a ranch in the heart of Texas and building Logan Ranch Camp into a place rooted in purpose, growth, and community. What began as a leap of faith became a thriving youth camp, retreat center, and gathering place designed to foster leadership, connection, and transformation.
Alongside the ranch, Donna founded Advisional, LLC, where she provides strategic business consulting and software solutions to organizations across industries.
Donna works with organizations ready to grow with intention. Whether facilitating leadership summits, advising executives, or helping teams strengthen culture and structure, she brings hard-earned insight, grounded perspective, and genuine care to the work she does.
Benaiah Ferguson has built his career around developing leadership capacity and strengthening team performance across international and organizational contexts.
Born and raised in New Zealand, Benaiah demonstrated leadership ability early through roles of increasing responsibility. He led school productions at a young age and progressed into directing teams for large-scale events. By high school, he was serving as Head Technical Director for his school auditorium, a position typically reserved for more senior students or staff.
During his early teens, Benaiah worked in commercial operations as a team supervisor, where he was entrusted with operational oversight and facility access responsibilities uncommon for someone of that age.
In 2012, Benaiah relocated to Australia to pursue formal leadership studies at Planetshakers College, where he completed a degree in leadership while learning from globally recognized leaders. This education provided structured leadership frameworks and proven methodologies to complement his practical experience.
During this period, he also served as Event Manager and Venue Liaison, managing teams, coordinating with external organizations, and developing client relationships that resulted in recurring annual engagements.
After relocating to the United States in 2018, Benaiah joined an educational organization as a speaker and trainer. His work contributed to improved operational effectiveness and the implementation of structured team development processes that elevated performance standards.
Across subsequent roles, the pattern remained consistent: leadership responsibility followed, and performance improvements resulted.
In 2023, Benaiah earned certification with the John Maxwell Team, becoming a lifetime member of a globally respected network of leadership professionals, coaches, and mentors.
In 2025, he was invited into John Maxwell’s personal mentorship program, gaining direct access to advanced leadership development strategies and high-level professional guidance.
Benaiah currently serves organizations in leadership development capacities, focusing on team building, operational excellence, and systematic leadership capacity development. His work consistently results in elevated performance standards and measurable improvements in team effectiveness.
His professional mission centers on practical leadership development, helping individuals strengthen their leadership effectiveness and helping organizations build teams capable of sustained performance.
Benaiah’s approach integrates proven John Maxwell leadership principles with practical implementation strategies refined through real-world application. He does not deliver leadership theory disconnected from operational reality. His facilitation emphasizes actionable strategies, measurable skill development, and sustainable performance improvement.
Benaiah brings formal leadership certification, ongoing professional mentorship, and demonstrated success in developing leaders and improving team performance across diverse organizational and cultural environments.
His work produces results because it combines proven methodology, practical execution, and a genuine commitment to long-term organizational health.
