Haven Communities

My role with this Haven included serving as the *Marketing Manager, overseeing market research, brand management, and the development of brand guidelines. I was responsible for creating logos for Haven Communities, Lake Haven, and Oak Haven, as well as copywriting, keyword development, and managing collateral for each brand. This included designing collateral materials such as brochures, postcards, and one-page brochures with hand-designed maps for Haven Communities and, Lake Haven. I also handled SEO management and website design and development. Additionally, I designed and managed print and web ads for both Lake Haven and Oak Haven, created signage, and provided photographic direction. I also developed a branded photo library and produced monthly newsletters for both Lake Haven and Oak Haven. Other tasks involved creating specialty graphics like floor plans and customized maps, door numbers, Office Hours signage, as well as promotional items such as bookmarks, branded water bottles, keyrings, foil stickers, t-shirts, polo shirts, and tablerunners for trade show booths. I also designed and managed sales tools, including presentation folders, door hangers, satisfaction surveys, market research, and referral forms for both brands. Additionally, I handled project management and oversaw the overall SEO strategy that was implemented by a 3rd party SEO firm.
