As the Marketing Manager for this company, I led two large-scale rebranding initiatives and spearheaded ongoing marketing strategies. The first major step involved a partial rebrand, where we updated all marketing and sales materials while retaining the original logo. Our goal was to refine the company’s tone – Your Labor is Our Business – and visual identity to better align with the evolving market.

Later, we undertook a complete rebrand, beginning with extensive market research and keyword analysis. We hired a professional photographer to capture our workers in the field, further humanizing the brand. I contributed more copywriting for this client than any other in my career, helping to establish branded terms and key phrases that ensured consistency across all communications. This rebrand touched every aspect of the company, from employee email signatures to the marketing materials used by the sales teams. I led the creation and design of custom collateral such as coupons, rate cards, invitations, and comprehensive branding solutions, including 2-pocket folders for proposals and invoices. We also produced branded notepads, sticky notes, and a variety of other essential items. In addition, I initiated the production of “sales bricks,” which are department-specific, postcard-sized brochures that gave our sales teams flexibility and greater impact in their presentations, as they could mix and match the contents to feature the division they were featuring and including things like Monster Jam tickets and sticky note pads.

We also created custom-branded templates for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, ensuring consistency across all internal and external documents. Additionally, I worked closely with the Salesforce team during the rollout process, assisting them to ensure that our brand was properly integrated, visible, and displayed correctly throughout the system.

With the newly established branded keywords, we also redesigned the company website, optimizing it for both organic search and PPC efforts, which I managed closely. As part of the rebrand, we rolled out signage at multiple locations, including bricks-and-mortar facilities, custom van wraps, door magnets, and large-scale advertising at Reliant Stadium.

I also managed the SEO agency that I brought on board to drive both organic traffic and paid campaigns. Beyond digital and print materials, I personally designed and produced a wide range of branded items—from mousepads and custom water bottles to apparel such as shirts and hard hats.

The scope of work I contributed to this company is extensive, and I will continue to update this page with additional graphics and examples as they become available.
